CW600X2 - Two Versions All in one

The CW600X2 produces between 450 and 550 L/H depending on water temperatures and inlet flow status. Warm conditions and sufficient flow and pressure will optimize pure water production.

All our models are equipped with TDS readers allowing a direct reading of the PPM (Particles Per Million), characterizing the concentration of impurities in the water. The reader provides the quality of the feed water inlet and the quality of the pure water outlet to monitor whether a synthetic sand needs to be replaced.

The performance of a CRYSTAL WASH system is optimal between 0 ppm and 10 ppm, after which a change of primary filter and synthetic sand will be necessary to bring the system back to the best performance values.

(Example: water supply at 200 ppm will provide +/- 60,000 liters of pure water between 0 ppm and 7 ppm)

Thanks to the use of extendable hoses, the system maintains a constant pressure and thus makes it possible to reach inaccessible parts with a powerful jet.

The system is equipped with a pressure regulator which controls the start and stop of the high pressure motor. Thus the water comes out on demand at the outlet of a water gun. The rinsing / flushing of the system is done manually by maintaining pressure on the switch, downwards for about 30 seconds after each use. Regular daily/weekly flushing will keep the system in good working order.

CW600X2 - Horizontal

The 2025 version is as powerful as the compact version but has spilt system in 3 x parts ( pre filters , sand vessel , RO pressure system).

It is less in height so that may be and easier to fit in some circumstances.

Need more washing power & flow?

The possibility of coupling two systems in parallel on a washing network multiplies the pressure and the flow. Depending on the size of the vessel this solution may be recommended.
